Offset Printing

Offset printing is a technique where ink is first applied to a plate, then to a rubber blanket, and finally onto the printing surface, allowing for consistent, high-volume print runs. Explore our select offset presses that ensure each piece we produce stands out with its impressive finish.

How It Works

Step 1:

Image Transfer: Your image gets transferred to metal plates—one for each color in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black).

Step 2:

Inking Up: Each plate is inked with its respective color.

Step 3:

Offsetting: The inked image is pressed onto a rubber blanket (this is the "offset" part).

Step 4:

Printing: The image is then pressed from the blanket onto the paper or chosen material.

Step 5:

Cutting and Finishing: The printed sheets are cut to size and finished with any additional processes like folding or binding.
